amazing family vacation!!!

the food was amazing!!! the all-inclusive options offered so much variety each night with different cuisines. my kids enjoyed the big pools and water slides so much. the entertainment was great, with different events throughout the day. the rooms were very clean too!
the beds were a little hard for my liking.

i found the rooms a bit outdated.

The restaurant staff ensured all my needs were met and even accommodated my dietary restrictions. Grace was efficient and very helpful, especially when assisting with car rental. I observed every staff member I encountered displayed a friendly attitude.
The room needed a little updating.

A big shopping mall is near the hotel. It is only a short walk. The bus station to the airport is also nearby. The promenade and archeological site are within walking distance at about 10 minutes.

The buffet offered good and tasteful food. There was great variety. I always had lots of choices. The evening buffet was very good. The breakfast was also solid, it had all the usual items.

The staff was helpful and polite. They were always kind. Mrs Olga, the barmaid, gave helpful tips about local places. The employees were very friendly! THE BEST!!!

I found the food buffet amazing. The taste was good. It was especially excellent, considering the all-inclusive package. The big pools and nice waterslides were fun for kids. The staff were friendly and kept all facilities very clean.
